Data Backup Options

To make it easier for you to decide what you might want backed-up, the following list may be used. Please note the items you wish to be backed up and inform us of any other data not listed, that you would like backed up. Please note that this list applies to each user account.

• email addresses
• email messages
• Browser "favorites"
• "My Documents"
• "My Music"
• "My Pictures"
• Accounting data files
• iTunes music and video files

Once we've backed up your data, and if it needs to be put back on your computer, you have two options:

• Option 1 - you put everything back where it belongs after we restore it all to a single directory. (Many users have difficulty with this)
• Option 2 - we put everything back where it belongs so all the information is just where you expect it to be (where it was before).

Please keep in mind:

• We do not guarantee or warranty data backups or restores under any circumstances.
• We do not guarantee we will retrieve any or all of the information you specify for backup.
• We cannot backup programs.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all restored information is as you expect it to be before leaving our premises.
• Cost of data backups and restores depend on;
  • the amount of information backed up
  • the amount of time required to backup / restore your data
  • whether we have to search for scattered files
  • whether you know the names and locations of files of interest
